If you haven’t already, run out to see Oscar nominated rapper/jazz crooner/actress Queen Latifah in Just Wright, as she  plays Leslie Wright, a physical therapist who falls for the client who just so happens to be the same basketball player engaged to her best friend. The ending is pretty predicatable but Queen Latifah’s turn as a charming, around the way girl with a heart of platinum really sets the movie apart from other, mundane romatic comedies. Common is impressive as the tall glass of water who sweeps Leslie off her feet. Paula Patton plays the gold-digging, yet lovable best friend while Pam Grier, Phylicia Rashad and James Pickens, Jr. (the Chief Webber on Grey’s Anatomy) add to the film’s likabilty with their supporting roles.
