Sorry, Spike Lee – Lebron Does The Right Thing

I love my hometown but honestly, who can blame Lebron James – a legend-in-the-making – for deciding not to sign with the New York Knicks?  Our team hasn’t played a championship game in eons and the franchise as a whole has lost a lot of its heart.  The Miami Heat offers what the Knicks cannot: perpetual sun, an impressive record and the support of Dwayne Wade.

James forwent a college career to play for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003 at the tender age of eighteen.  Buoyed by the hype that normally surrounds a first round draft pick as well as an astonishing $90 million contract with Nike, the Olympic Gold medalist is still as hungry as he ever was and Miami will be all the better for it.

Wouldnt really consider that as the right thing but as a move for himself and only himself. Traitor of the year award goes to LeBron James. . .
