President Obama signed an executive order today renewing the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the White House East Room.

Education reform is top priority…2011 budget increase HBCU funding by $100 million…plans to invest more than $2 billion in minority serving institutions including HBCUs
HBCUs have produced some of the best and brightest like Oprah, Thurgood Marshall and Martin Luther King…
